Greetings and welcome to my website

 

I am Bronwyn and I have worked in Disabilities for over 16 years in various roles, from support worker in group homes before NDIS in Sydney to house manager, day programs, community access and now as an Independent Support Coordinator, for plan-managed and self-managed participants. I also have lived experience with psychosocial disabilities.

 

I am originally from Sydney and moved to Townsville a year ago with my dog Shadow and cat Marty. I have qualifications in disabilities and Community Services. I have been part of the NDIS community both as a participant and as a support worker and level 2 support coordinator.

 

My motto is let’s work together to achieve your dreams, meaning I will work with you to achieve your dream. I can’t say that it will happen overnight or even in a few months, but I will work at your pace to help you achieve the best possible person you can be.

I will always be transparent with you, if I don’t know something I will tell you and then get back to you with the answer. It is all about forming partnerships with yourself and your providers. I also understand that issues arise outside of business hours, so I will always be willing to work weekends and nights for emergencies.

I can work remotely if this is a preference and visit you a couple of times a year, or if you are looking for someone who can do it regularly and lives within the Townsville region, I can assist you there.
